Sign-in trouble comes in two shapes that feel identical from your side. One is a form problem: what you typed, what your browser remembered, where you're connecting from. You can clear those yourself in a minute. The other is account state — a cool-off, a verification hold — where a fifteenth attempt achieves nothing, because your password was never the issue.
Where do you actually sign in?
We don't run a login subdomain, a separate portal or a downloadable client. There's one place, and it's the same page you're already on.
- On desktop: the Login button at the top-right of oxibet.com. It opens a panel over the page rather than navigating away, so you land back where you were.
- On a phone: the same button, usually tucked into the hamburger menu, or shown in the header if your screen is wide enough.
Two things follow. Bookmarking a "login page" isn't really possible, so bookmark our homepage. And more importantly: if a site presents itself as an official standalone Oxibet login portal, it isn't ours. Casino brands attract lookalike domains built to harvest passwords, and a padlock only tells you the connection is encrypted, not who's on the other end.
What we will never ask you for
Our sign-in needs your registered email, your password, and a two-factor code if you switched one on. We will never ask for your full card number, your CVV, your online banking password, a wallet seed phrase, or a payment to "verify your identity". Our support team won't ask for your account password either — they don't need it and can't use it. Any request for those things is fraud, however convincing it looks.
How do you sign in, step by step?
-
Check you're on oxibet.com
Type the address yourself the first time rather than following a link from an email or an ad. Once you're on the real thing, bookmark it and use the bookmark from then on. That retires the whole lookalike-domain risk permanently.
-
Open the login panel
Top-right on desktop, hamburger menu on mobile. If the button shows a balance instead of the word Login, you're already in — our browser sessions can last days, which matters if you share a device.
-
Use your registered email address
Your username is the email you signed up with, not a nickname. If you can't remember which address that was, search your inboxes for our registration confirmation — the registration walkthrough explains what we sent and when.
-
Type the password by hand once
Clear the field completely first rather than editing whatever autofill dropped in. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check caps lock and your keyboard layout. If you use a password manager, let it fill the field instead of pasting — a copied trailing space is invisible and fails every time.
-
Finish two-factor if you enabled it
A six-digit code arrives by email or appears in your authenticator app. Codes are short-lived. If one is rejected, request a fresh code rather than retyping the expired one, and check spam if an emailed code is slow.
Why did we refuse your sign-in?
Eight causes account for nearly all of them, roughly in order of how often each turns out to be the real one. Work down the table rather than repeating the same attempt.
| What you see | What's usually behind it | What clears it |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid email or password | Autofilled old password, caps lock, or a copied trailing space | Clear the field, type it manually, check caps lock |
| Account not found | You registered with a different email address | Search your inboxes for our registration email |
| Page reloads, no message | Stale session cookie, or an extension blocking our script | Try a private window, or clear cookies for the site |
| Account temporarily unavailable | A cool-off period you set is still running | Wait it out — we can't lift it early |
| Account closed | Self-exclusion, or a closure you asked us for | Talk to support; self-exclusion can't be reversed early |
| Region or access error | You're connecting from an Ontario IP address | Nothing — we don't serve Ontario |
| Two-factor code rejected | Expired code, or clock drift in your authenticator | Request a new code; resync the app's time |
| You're in, cashier locked | Verification still outstanding on the account | Upload your documents in account settings |
The first three rows are yours to fix in a minute, and the last is a document check our payments page walks through. Rows four, five and six are different, and each is worth a paragraph.
A cool-off you set and forgot
Cool-off is a temporary lock — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom length — that blocks sign-in and deposits without closing your account. We deliberately can't lift it early, however the request is framed. That's the tool doing its job. Your balance sits untouched and the account reopens on its own when the period ends.
Self-exclusion
A longer lock, and equally irreversible for its term. A self-exclusion you could talk us out of would be worthless as a recovery tool, so we don't build one. If being locked out is hard right now, our responsible gambling page lists free, confidential support in every province and territory.
You're connecting from Ontario
Ontario runs a closed online market through iGaming Ontario and the AGCO. Serving Ontario residents needs an iGO registration and we don't hold one, so we block Ontario IP addresses and postal codes at registration and at sign-in. This isn't a fault to route around. If you registered elsewhere and you're passing through Ontario, our terms ask you not to open the account while you're there.
Forgotten your password?
-
Tap "Forgot password" in the panel
Enter the email on the account. For security we respond identically whether or not that address exists, so silence doesn't mean failure — it may mean you used a different address.
-
Open the link while it's still valid
Reset links are single-use and time-limited. If yours has expired, ask for another rather than reloading the old one. Check spam and promotions folders before assuming it never arrived.
-
Pick a password you use nowhere else
Credential stuffing — replaying passwords leaked from unrelated breaches — is how most gambling accounts get taken over. One unique password per site is the strongest defence you have, and a manager makes that practical.
-
Sign in and switch on two-factor
It's in account settings, costs you a few seconds per sign-in, and makes a stolen password useless on its own. On an account holding real money, that trade is worth making.
How do you keep the account safe once you're in?
Sign out on shared devices
Our sessions persist for days. On a family laptop, or anywhere a minor could reach, sign out at the end of every session rather than trusting a closed tab.
Guard the registered inbox
Whoever controls your email can reset your casino password. The inbox behind a gambling account deserves its own strong password and its own two-factor.
Treat "verify your account" mail sceptically
Phishing peaks around promotions and withdrawals. Never follow a sign-in link from an email. Open oxibet.com yourself and look for the same message inside your account.
Check your activity now and then
Account history shows sign-ins, deposits, wagers and withdrawals. Anything you don't recognise goes to live chat straight away — change the password first, then tell us.
Does signing in on a phone work differently?
There's no app to install. Real-money gambling apps under our licence category aren't carried by the Canadian App Store or Google Play, so we run a browser lobby. The sign-in is identical to desktop, with two wrinkles.
Mobile Safari and Chrome clear cookies more aggressively, so your session expires sooner and you'll sign in more often. And adding the site to your home screen — Share → Add to Home Screen on iOS, or the browser menu on Android — gives a full-screen shortcut that keeps its own session. Our mobile page covers setup and data use.
Still locked out?
Live chat runs around the clock in the bottom-right of oxibet.com, and you don't need to be signed in to use it. Have your registered email and a recent transaction reference ready — we can't discuss account specifics until we know it's you. Our help and support page covers what to send and how a complaint escalates after 28 days.
If you're locked out because of a limit you set, that limit is working. Our responsible gambling page explains every tool in your account and lists free, confidential helplines in each province and territory. In a crisis, call or text 9-8-8, Canada's round-the-clock mental health line.
Sign-in questions
Is there an official Oxibet login page to bookmark?
No separate URL exists. Sign-in happens through the Login button at the top-right of oxibet.com, which opens a panel over the page you're on. Bookmark our homepage instead. Any third-party page presenting itself as an official Oxibet login portal isn't run by us and shouldn't receive your credentials.
Why is my password rejected when I know it's right?
Nearly always one of three things: caps lock is on, your browser autofilled a password you changed at some point, or a copied password carried an invisible trailing space. Clear the field completely, type it by hand once, and check caps lock. If that works, update whatever your browser or manager had stored.
How do I reset my Oxibet password?
Use "Forgot password" in the login panel and enter your registered email. We send a single-use, time-limited reset link — check spam and promotions folders if it's slow. Open it inside its window, choose a password you don't use on any other site, then sign in and turn on two-factor authentication.
Can support lift a cool-off or self-exclusion early?
No, and that's deliberate on our part. Both are irreversible for their duration by design, because a lock you could argue your way out of would protect nobody. Your balance is unaffected and the account reopens by itself when the period ends. If being locked out is difficult, free confidential support exists in every province.
Why can't I sign in from Ontario?
Ontario runs a closed online gambling market through iGaming Ontario and the AGCO. Serving Ontario residents needs an iGO registration and we don't hold one, so we block Ontario IP addresses and postal codes. Ontario residents should use an AGCO-registered operator. If you registered elsewhere, don't access the account while travelling through Ontario.
I've lost my two-factor authenticator. What now?
Only our support team can reset two-factor, and we'll verify your identity first — usually with the same government ID used for your KYC check. Start a live chat from the site. That verification step exists because a 2FA reset that's easy for you would be equally easy for somebody impersonating you.
I can sign in but I can't withdraw. Why?
Your verification is still outstanding. We complete KYC once before releasing a first withdrawal: a clear government photo ID, a proof of address dated within the last three months, and occasionally a payment-method screenshot. It usually takes about 24 hours. Sending documents in your first days on the account avoids the wait entirely.
