How is our promotions menu put together?
We run a standing set of recurring offers plus a rotating layer of short campaigns. The standing set sits in your account's promotions section, each entry with its own terms, its own opt-in control and usually a fixed weekday.
The rotating layer isn't in that list. Short campaigns — a two-day drop, a weekend leaderboard — get pushed rather than published, reaching you by email, push or a lobby banner. Switch marketing off and you won't know they existed.
One rule spans the menu: these are casino promotions. Sports bets contribute nothing to their wagering, and bonus funds can't be staked on sport while wagering is outstanding.
The welcome offer, in one paragraph

What does a reload bonus give you?
The reload is the backbone of the menu: typically 50% up to C$200 in bonus funds, on a fixed day each week. Opt in at the cashier before the deposit confirms — we can't retro-fit it once you've played.

Reload wagering sits in the lower half of the 25–35× range, which is the point in its favour. The C$5 maximum bet still applies while wagering is outstanding, and still voids the bonus if you cross it. Slots contribute in full; tables and live dealer barely move it.
So what's a reload actually worth?
Same arithmetic, smaller numbers. A C$200 reload needs C$5,000 of turnover at 25×, or C$6,000 at 30×. Against a 96% RTP slot, expected cashable value lands at roughly 30% of the headline — about C$60. Variance swamps any single run.
Where we'd draw the line
C$60 of expected value is worth having if you were depositing that week regardless — a real discount on play you'd already chosen to fund. It isn't worth depositing C$400 you hadn't planned to spend. A reload that changes the size or timing of your deposit has cost more than it returns.

How do free-spin drops work?
Drops run roughly weekly and follow the release calendar. Each attaches a block of spins — C$0.20 each, the welcome-package rate — to one featured title from a studio in our library. Our slots page covers what separates those studios.
Three things define them. You don't choose the game: the drop is tied to a named title and the spins work nowhere else. Winnings carry wagering, so C$30 of wins gives you C$30 of bonus funds, not cash. And the window is short, with unused spins expiring rather than rolling forward.
That makes drops the offer most often wasted. They're also the lowest-commitment thing we run: accepting one costs nothing, so the only question is whether you sign in before the window shuts.
Are leaderboard tournaments worth entering?
