Money in, money out

Oxibet Payments: Our Cashier, Our Timings, Our Limits

Nine ways to top up, a C$10 floor, a C$50 minimum cash out, and a payout clock split between the part we control and the part the banks do.

We can argue all day about which slot is more fun. The cashier isn't like that. Either we release your money inside a day or we don't. So this page prints our numbers, and separates the delays we own from your bank's.

What can you actually pay with?

Nine methods in three families: one Canadian bank rail, two card networks, six coins. C$10 is the floor on all of them and we charge nothing to take a deposit. What separates them is speed, and how much sits outside our hands.

Interac e-Transfer

We built the cashier around Interac because it's what Canada actually uses. It pushes money bank to bank, every major bank and credit union carries it, and it lands in seconds. In a CAD account the amount arrives at face value, and no merchant-code rule refuses it.

Visa and Mastercard

Cards credit instantly with most issuers. The catch sits at your end: plenty of Canadian banks refuse gambling merchant codes as blanket policy, and that call happens inside their rules engine before we're told you tried.

So it isn't us turning you away, and no message to our chat team overturns it. Don't hammer the same card either — repeated declines can get it flagged. Switch to Interac instead.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin and Dogecoin

Six coins, one rule that sets them apart. We credit you when the network confirms, not when you tap send — which is why we call crypto fast rather than instant. Litecoin and Dogecoin usually confirm in minutes; Bitcoin stretches when the chain is busy. The fee is the blockchain's.

Each deposit method we accept, how quickly it credits, the minimum we require and what to watch for.

One condition covers all nine: the method has to be yours. We refuse third-party funding, and a partner's card surfaces at verification rather than at deposit — the worst possible moment. Our registration walkthrough covers name matching.

Hold the account in CAD

We offer USD and EUR too, and for a Canadian player both are the wrong pick. Every figure here is set in Canadian dollars, so another currency turns each into an approximation drifting with the rate. Currency is fixed at registration.

Send crypto on the right network

The same token exists on several blockchains, and one sent on a network your deposit address doesn't support goes where nobody can reach it. Blockchain transfers are final: no reversal, no chargeback, no ticket that recovers them. Check the network, then send a small test first.

How long does a cash out really take?

Two clocks run back to back, and most complaints about payout speed come from treating them as one. The first is ours: up to 24 hours to review and release, covering verification, wagering and fraud checks. The second belongs to the rail — about an hour for crypto, one to three business days for Interac and cards.

  1. Ask for it in the cashier

C$50 is the floor on every method, and the option appears only once you're signed in. Our sign-in guide helps if that's the sticking point.

  2. We review it, inside 24 hours

A verified account with no wagering outstanding usually clears well short of it. Anything unresolved stops the request here.

  3. We release it to the rail

You'll see the status change, and usually a confirmation email. From here the timing isn't ours.

  4. It settles

About an hour on crypto, one to three business days on Interac and cards. Business days skip weekends and holidays.

Our standard ceilings are printed rather than hidden behind a ticket:

Our standard-tier daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal ceilings and what each one means for a large balance.
PeriodStandard tierWhat it means for you
DailyC$1,500A bigger balance pays over consecutive days
WeeklyC$3,000Two maximum days, not seven
MonthlyC$10,000The ceiling that bites on a big win

Read them as a set. You can't take C$1,500 out seven days running, because two full days already meet the weekly cap. Nothing above a ceiling is refused — it queues into the next period. We raise all three at VIP standing; our loyalty and VIP page explains how.

Why does money leave the way it came in?

Deposit by Interac, cash out by Interac. Deposit in Bitcoin, cash out in Bitcoin. We route payouts back to the method you funded with wherever it can receive one. Money entering by one channel and leaving by an unrelated one is the shape laundering takes, so every licensed operator closes the loop.

Cards are the usual exception, since card networks push money to a merchant and plenty of issuers won't take a credit back. Where your method can't receive a payout, we send it to another in your own name — usually Interac — once we've confirmed it's yours. That check adds time.

One consequence: fund across three methods and payouts come back across the same three. Pick one rail and stick with it.

What do we need to verify you?

Identity checks are a condition of our licence, not a preference. We hold a Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan licence, No. ALSI-202411070-FI2, carrying explicit anti-money-laundering obligations. We run the check once, before your first withdrawal leaves. Two documents always, a third sometimes.

The documents we ask for during verification, what counts for each and the reason each is most often sent back.
DocumentWhat we acceptWhy we send it back
Government photo IDPassport, provincial driving licence, or provincial photo ID cardExpired, glare over the photo, or a cropped corner
Proof of addressUtility bill, bank statement or government letter, dated inside 3 monthsOver three months old, or an address that doesn't match
Payment methodCard photo with middle digits covered, or a bank or wallet screenshot naming youThe method's name isn't the account holder's

A clean upload comes back in about 24 hours. A rejected one restarts that clock — which is how a one-day check becomes four.

Five habits that get documents through first time

Nearly every rejection we issue is a photography problem, not a paperwork one.

  • Lay it flat on a plain contrasting surface. Held in your hand it curves, and a curve blurs the machine-readable strip.
  • Shoot in daylight. An overhead bulb drops glare onto the photo or hologram, which is the part our reviewer needs.
  • Get all four corners in. A cut-off corner reads as something concealed.
  • Send colour. Greyscale strips out security features, and we refuse it as routine.
  • Upload the original photo, not a screenshot. Screenshots re-compress and often halve the resolution.

Verify in week one, not on payout day

The most useful line on this page. Verification is optional at registration and mandatory before a first cash out, so most players leave it until they've won something. Then a 24-hour review, plus another 24 if we bounce an upload, sits between them and their money.

Why is your payout slower than the page says?

A cash out running past our windows is nearly always one of five things, four of them visible in your account already.

You can clear these today

  • Verification outstanding. Documents not sent, or sent and bounced. Look for a status rather than reading silence as approval.
  • Wagering still running. We hold a withdrawal made while bonus wagering is live, and cancelling forfeits the bonus funds. Our welcome offer page weighs that trade.
  • Name mismatch. Account name and method name have to match. A middle name on the ID that isn't on the account stops us.

These you can only wait out

  • A ceiling. Above C$1,500 daily, C$3,000 weekly or C$10,000 monthly, the rest pays across later periods.
  • Bank time. One to three business days belongs to the receiving bank or card network.

Past both windows with none of these applying? Talk to us. Live chat runs around the clock and email replies land inside one business day — our help and support page covers what to have ready and how a complaint escalates after 28 days.

Set the deposit limit before the first top-up

The deposit limit is the control in our cashier that works hardest, because it acts before money moves rather than after. It's in account settings, takes a minute, and lowering one applies instantly while raising one waits out a cooling period. Set it while nothing is at stake. Our responsible gambling page covers limits, timers, cool-off, self-exclusion and free confidential helplines across Canada.

Cashier questions

What are the minimum deposit and withdrawal at Oxibet?

You can deposit from C$10 on every method, crypto included at the equivalent value, and withdraw from C$50 across all of them. We charge no fee to take a deposit. Crypto carries a network fee, but the blockchain charges that, not us.

How quickly will my withdrawal arrive?

Two stages, back to back. We review and release within 24 hours, checking verification, wagering and fraud. After that the rail decides: about an hour on crypto, one to three business days on Interac or a card. Weekends and holidays aren't business days, so a Friday request often lands the following week.

My Canadian bank declined a card deposit. What now?

Plenty of Canadian issuers block gambling merchant codes as standing policy, so your bank refused it before we saw anything. We can't appeal that, and neither can our chat team. Don't retry the same card repeatedly, since that can get it flagged. Interac routes around the problem, and so does crypto.

Can I cash out to a different method than I deposited with?

Usually no. We return payouts to the method you funded with wherever it can receive one, a standard anti-money-laundering control across licensed operators. Cards often can't accept a credit back, and then we route the payout to another method in your own name after an extra check.

Why do my documents keep getting rejected?

Almost always the photograph rather than the paperwork. Lay the document flat on a plain contrasting surface, shoot it in daylight so no glare sits over the photo or hologram, keep all four corners in frame, send colour rather than greyscale, and upload the original image rather than a screenshot.

What are the withdrawal limits?

Our standard tier is C$1,500 a day, C$3,000 a week and C$10,000 a month, and they work together rather than separately — two maximum days already meet the weekly ceiling. VIP standing raises all three. A balance above a ceiling isn't refused; it pays out across the following periods.
